2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members of Harrow Sports are not eligible to participate.

The Contest begins and ends on the dates specified in the official social media giveaway post (“Contest Period”). Entries submitted outside the Contest Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the official giveaway post on Harrow Sports’ social media channels. Limit one entry per person unless otherwise stated.
Incomplete, fraudulent, or automated entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Harrow Sports.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
Winner(s) will be selected at random or based on the criteria described in the giveaway post. Winner(s) will be notified via direct message, email, or comment through the applicable social media platform.
If a selected winner does not respond within the timeframe specified by Harrow Sports, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Prize
Prize details will be described in the official giveaway post. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted except at the sole discretion of Harrow Sports.
Harrow Sports reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
7. Rights to Submitted Content
By entering the Contest and submitting any photographs, videos, testimonials, captions, social media posts, or other content (“Submitted Content”), each entrant grants Harrow Sports a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit the Submitted Content, including the entrant’s name, likeness, voice, image, and social media handle, in any media now known or later developed, for commercial, advertising, marketing, promotional, or any other lawful purpose, without further notice, approval, or compensation.
Entrants represent and warrant that:
They own or control all rights to the Submitted Content;
The Submitted Content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party;
They have obtained permission from any individuals appearing in the Submitted Content.
8. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Harrow Sports, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability, claims, damages, or injuries arising out of or related to participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
9. Social Media Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), or any other social media platform used to promote the Contest.
10. General Conditions
Harrow Sports reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Harrow Sports in its sole discretion.
Harrow Sports also reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms & Conditions.
11. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used in accordance with Harrow Sports’ privacy policy and applicable laws.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable state or jurisdiction in which Harrow Sports operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
